When you begin to understand this, you're also stepping into self-responsibility for your own circumstances....the good and the bad. 

The good news is that when you step into self-responsibility, you're also empowering yourself to improve your circumstances. When you blame your problems on external circumstances, you're telling yourself and the universe that the negative things happening around you are out of your control. 

However, if you fully embody the fact that you create your own circumstances with your energetic frequency, you're telling the universe that you're ready to raise that energetic frequency so that your life becomes more in alignment with what you truly desire.
